69 is an oral sex position where both partners both give and receive oral sex at the same time.

69 can be done lying down by either laying face-to-face on top of each other or laying side by side facing each other. A more strenuous way is to have one partner stand upside down while the other stands facing him or her right side up. The upside down partner can be supported by the right side up partner.
